Every week in the Midtown section of Nashville, Raised Rowdy hosts curated songwriter rounds and full band showcases featuring artists and songwriters we believe in. These shows are about community, collaboration, and real momentum. Not background noise.

Every other Tuesday. Acoustic only. Original music only.
Each night runs four hours, with three to four writers per hour. Many rounds are built around co writers and friends bringing their circle into the room. The best way to get on a round is to be actively writing and collaborating with artists who already play with us.
These nights are about songs. Real songs. In a room full of writers, music fans, and industry friends.

Every Wednesday.
Five songs per act. Usually five to seven bands per night.
This is by far the best sounding room in Midtown and it is a fantastic place to showcase what your full band performance sounds like.
We can provide some backline details once booked, but you’re expected to come prepared and professional. Original music only unless it’s a meaningful cover with a story about why you are playing it.
We prioritize:
• Undeniable talent
• Artists who have played with us before
• Friends and co writers of artists already in the community
• Artists who bring a crowd
• Respectful members of the community (If we see you treating people poorly whether that is another artist or one of the fans attending a show we are paying attention)
• Artists building real buzz, online or in person
We are not looking for beginners still figuring it out. You should have original music, be comfortable performing it live, and have social media posts to prove you are actively pursuing this.
These rooms work because the energy is real. People show up. Fans come out. Writers connect. Industry friends hang.
We capture photography and occasional short form video for social, but no content is guaranteed. You are always welcome to bring your own videographer or photographer.
Due to the volume of submissions, we are only able to respond to artists we are actively booking.
If you don’t hear back, it does not mean never. It means not right now.
The fastest way to move up the list?
Be present. Come out. Support other artists. Write with people in the community. Become part of the family. The most important people to meet are not the hosts of the night, it is the people you believe in and hopefully become collaborators of.
