To put it simply, Fox N’ Vead are dawgs. Since they first started to drop music, they came out swinging. The boys from North Carolina have found a way to mix a country sound with some killer, in-your-face rock ‘n’ roll. Many artists in the country scene are trying to break into this specific “subgenre”, but Fox N’ Vead sound like they were born for it. The group proved themselves in their last record release from 2024, Barely Getting By, and have been going 100% ever since.
On April 25th, the boys dropped their new single, Waste Away. The talent in this band stands out in a live setting, but the studio releases are just as evident, which you can hear in this song. The songwriting is fantastic and just gets better as each release comes out. Structure and melody have always been strong points in Fox N’ Vead’s songs, meaning they are always put together well and have hooks that stick in your head like an ear-worm. Waste Away is a fantastic addition on the group’s belt, and we are looking forward to what else is in the pipeline.
