Cole Barnhill Brings the Intensity in ‘All That I Wanted’

Cole Barnhill is a name you need to familiarize yourself with.
You get a lot of country artists in the Texas and Oklahoma scene currently trying to capture the rock sound. Personally, I love it, and they do it well too. Some names that come to mind are obviously Koe Wetzel, who’s been doing it for a while now, along with the super popular Treaty Oak Revival with that killer southern rock sound. Not to mention other extremely talented acts like Austin Meade, Kody West, Southall and much more.
When it comes to Barnhill, he hasn’t grabbed the coattails of these artists. He made his own path. In his brand-new single, All That I Wanted, he rocks, and he rocks hard. It’s easy to point out the booming drums, the loud guitar and the killer vocal work, but something that Barnhill really illustrates well on this tune is his raw, ripping emotion. That combined with everything else is what makes him such a standout artist, with this song being just one example.
I am stoked to see what else is to come from Barnhill. He has the juice to be a huge artist, and he deserves it by not only having that gritty, real aesthetic, but can also back it up with high-quality tracks. Go ahead and get hip to Cole Barnhill, and make sure to check out his newest single,  All That I Wanted.
