Canaan Bryce just released his newest single, Completely Incomplete, on July 5th. It has been super interesting to watch Bryce grow in all musical areas, especially his songwriting. While he maintains the grungy rock sound that is sweeping Texas at the moment, it is cool to hear a more toned-down song, while still maintaining enough kick.
The songwriting in Completely Incomplete is fantastic, from the title to the hook that is very easy to remember and sing along to. The melody is great with a solid instrumental element holding it down throughout. The production on this is excellent, just like usual, with the healthy wall of sound effect that has set Texas music apart now for the past few years.
