Austin Meade Rings in the 4/20 Holiday with New Single, ‘STONER FANTASY’

Austin Meade is back once again with a brand-new banger. Since his last record, Abstract Art of an Unstable Mind, dropped in 2022, he has been up to some dope stuff. Aside from touring all over the country and playing some of the biggest rock festivals in the US, he dropped a killer single in 2023 called BLACKOUT, which introduced yet another unique style that Meade has a habit of doing. He has also been diving into some sweet collabs, which include having Asking Alexandria’s Danny Worsnop on BLACKOUT, as well as appearing on fellow Texan, Mitchell Ferguson’s, song, Hurt So Bad.

Meade added another tune to the list titled STONER FANTASY. A songwriting skill that he has a tight grasp on is the way he can explain a simple, relatable situation but also illustrate it in a creative and vivid way instead of it being blandly straightforward. Meade’s vocals are spot-on, and the delivery is excellent – that paired with a killer band behind him is always a win. The melody is reinforced by some killer, punk-metal infused riffs, booming drums, and excellent production.

We can’t stress to you enough to catch an Austin Meade live show. If there is an element that him and his band killed since day one, it was their stage presence, and in the recent years it has only got better. If you aren’t completely sold yet, that is guaranteed to get you on board. All that being said, do your ears a favor and listen to Austin Meade’s newest single, STONER FANTASY.
