Scoot Teasley Boldly Called the CFB National Championship in New Song

I’m writing this article the morning after the Georgia Bulldogs won back-to-back national championships by absolutely embarrassing the TCU Horned Frogs on live television 65-7. It was probably one of the most embarrassing moments on TV since Fergie’s national anthem at the 2018 NBA All-Star Game. Rising country artist Scoot Teasley recently released a UGA inspired song that is bound to be a hit… especially after that statement the Dawgs made last night.

Scoot Teasley finished out 2022 by releasing his newest single, “Perfect Season,” on December 29th. Adding to the trending genre of college country, Teasley calls UGA’s perfect season before they officially finish the season going 15-0. He emphasizes his love life as a perfect season no matter if Dawgs pull off the perfect season that they had been talking about since the 80s. The diehard Dawg found love between the hedges. Up in the stands, with the stadium lights in her eyes, Teasley says that for him, it’s already a perfect season.

Recently seen on the Rowdy on the Row stage, Scoot Teasley is an artist to keep your eye on in 2023. A product of Toccoa, Georgia, Teasley made a statement with the new single. Thanks to Scoot, with the help of Chris Utley, Ben Snelling, David Dorn, and Jessica Roadcap, we were able to come into the new year with yet another damn good country song. This upbeat, feel good song is impossible not to love. “Perfect Season” adds to Scoot’s small but kick-ass catalog of music that is out on streaming platforms.

If you want to buy in early, you should probably follow Scoot Teasley on Spotify, stream his music, and follow his Instagram @scoot_teasley. Teasley is quickly making his way up to the top and he is bound to make some serious noise in the industry.
