Coming out of Oklahoma is a rising singer-songwriter, Trenton Fletcher, with a new single called “It Rains In Tulsa Too.” Fletcher and his band have been on fire lately with their 2021 album, Nonessential, and now they give us something unique to them but also new. “It Rains In Tulsa Too” is a tune about a past love who is no longer in the subject’s life, which is told by Fletcher in a way that has matured since we’ve last heard him. Another killer element to the single is the uptempo drumming and fills that is growing more and more popular within the Red Dirt scene, and also some great solos by the guitarist.
