One of Raised Rowdy’s long time favorites, Jordan Fletcher, released his new song called “Death and Taxes” today. The song follows his debut EP titled True Stories via Triple Tigers and produced by Dave Cobb.
“Death And Taxes is a song about advice my dad gave me that I’m now wanting to pass on to my son. It’s about life, death, love, and family and feels like the perfect way to sum up this personal journal that ended up becoming an album.”
Jordan is one of Sirius XM’s 2021 Highway Finds and played CMA fest yesterday, June 9th. All of the songs Jordan sings are 100% autobiographical and delivered as soulful country, spiked with a light-hearted rock spirit that brings hard-fought life lessons to the masses through honest songwriting. Jordan grew up in Jacksonville, FL and tragically lost his dad when he was only 11, and he tried to move forward the only way he knew how – by surfing, fishing and playing music.
