Oklahoma based rockers Read Southall Band are kicking off the year by high-tailing it out east for a run of shows in the month of January. As a part of their For The Birds tour, RSB will be hitting new places from the Northeast through the South and they want you there. If you don’t live anywhere near Oklahoma or Texas, odds are you haven’t been able to see these guys live, but now is your chance to witness true Americana rock that only the Okies can bring.
Released in October of last year, RSB’s record For The Birds is probably the most important album the band has released yet mostly because of the experimentation and evolution of their entire sound. Notable tracks from the record include “DLTGYD,” “Rose Gold,” “Where We Belong” and “Stickin’ n Movin’.”
The excitement doesn’t end there, though. After their run of eastern shows they will be heading out with Blackberry Smoke for a European tour. Below are the dates for their FTB tour along with the ones with Blackberry Smoke.
