Bryce Mauldin Sings About Turned Tables in New Song “I Broke Up with You”

Breakups are hard. Especially when you expect them to go one way and then they go in a completely different direction. New artist Bryce Mauldin seems to understand this concept a little too well and tells the story of turned tables in his newest release, “I Broke Up with You.” He begins by singing about how his ex was shining brighter than neon lights instead of staying in like he thought she would… like he’s actually doing himself. In a clever way, Bryce paints the all to familiar picture of trying to find your identity after a breakup and having to recover when the other person seems to be doing just fine without you.

I have not been able to stop listening to this song because of the storytelling lyrics and the way that it is not your typical, cliche breakup song. There is true depth and heart break that can be heard here through Bryce’s powerful vocals. I 10/10 recommend giving this song a spin and letting it fully wash over you.
