Georgia must have something in the water that keeps producing world class singer/songwriters working to make a name for themselves in Music City.

Valdosta, Georgia native Ben Wells continues that streak with his clever lyrics and relatability to everyday country music fans. After moving to Nashville in 2016, Ben quickly landed his first publishing deal that helped to cultivate his artistry and give him the opportunity to write for other artists such as Levi Hummon.

And now, Ben has finally released his own single that showcases his songwriting abilities and heartfelt back home stories called “Corn Keeps Growing.”

“Corn Keeps Growing” is an ode to Ben’s hometown with lyrics that reminisce that old backroad and good ole Georgia. This song was produced by the renowned Brad Hill, producer for artists such as Brothers Osborne and Maren Morris making it sure to be a heavy hitter. The chorus is a prayer for everything that people have pride in their hometown can relate too from praying for a winning season of the high school football team to praying “corn keeps growing.”
