Sweet Leah Releases Feel Good Boot Stomper

Mixed with an electric sound and in-your-face country lyrics, Sweet Leah embodies the badass mentality of a lot of women in the country scene today. They’ve become a hot commodity in Nashville, working with producer David Huff (Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett, Little Big Town) and have shared that some of their biggest influences are Grace Potter and Whiskey Myers. They plan on continuing their hot streak with the release of their new single “RedNekkid.”

“RedNekkid” is their first single from their debut EP. This song represents their Southern Rock sound and gives off a party vibe that fans can listen to as summer begins to wind down. The duo worked with Huff, who helped make the song what it is today. “Working with David was inspiring. He had such a vision for our song. He encouraged the players to all bring their own voice to the track, while he coached and led everyone to create a track that far exceeded even our wildest expectations!”

It’s safe to say that Sweet Leah is breaking onto the scene at the right time. The demand for their sound is certainly at the forefront and “RedNekkid” should further build an argument that they’re the next women to take over country music. “RedNekkid” will be on the setlist as they play some of the bars on Lower Broadway in the near future.
