Trey Lewis comes to us from the great state of Alabama and there must be something in the water down there as so much talent has been coming to country music lately from this great state.

Trey dropped his self titled debut in 2013 and opened Alabama and beyond to his style of country music. He has since released a few songs including a favorite of mine “Breathless” in 2016. This song is another big step forward for Trey.  If “Whiskey Miss Me” is a sign of things to come his music is really shifting into another gear. Give it a listen and see what we mean. Here is Trey’s description of the track.

“Whiskey Miss Me, is inspired by events that have happened in my life. The only way I’ve ever been able to deal with anything that’s broken inside of me emotionally has been through music. I wrote this song with my long time friend and producer Nolan Neal. We worked really hard getting the song just right and are excited to share new music with everyone.”

We think you nailed this one Trey and we cannot wait to hear even more in the future.
